Our mission
A name taken from Scripture, and a way of understanding what this community is for.
Saint Paul wrote to the Corinthians: “Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize” (1 Corinthians 9:24). The Heavenly Race takes its name from that image — faith as a race run with discipline, endurance, and companionship, toward a prize that is not of this world.
To preach the Gospel plainly and without compromise; to accompany people in prayer wherever they are, not only where a parish happens to reach; and to use the tools of this generation — video, daily reflection, and a connected community — in service of that same ancient race.
